Ocular Systems prepares corneal tissue for endothelial keratoplasty in a facility dedicated to that activity. We acquire donor corneas from eye banks accredited by the Eye Bank Association of America and registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Our preparation fee is $950.00 plus extraordinary delivery charges, if applicable.

If OSI prepares the endothelial allograft and distributes it to the end-user, then the total charge will be the sum of the OSI preparation fee plus the fee charged by the source eye bank providing the tissue. Eye bank tissue fees are dynamic and may exceed $2500 per cornea.

If OSI prepares the endothelial allograft and returns it to the source eye bank for distribution, then the eye bank will be charged the preparation fee plus extraordinary delivery charges, if applicable
